Official Military Photo Request

Beginning at 9 a.m. on 31 Jul 25, the Tobyhanna Army Depot photo lab will no longer be able to fulfill the requirements for official DA photographs as the Department of the Army Photograph Management Information System (DAPMIS) will sunset. The responsibilities and requirements of DA official photos can no longer be accomplished without DAPMIS. Existing DA official photos will remain accessible through the interactive Personnel Records Management System (iPERMS).
