Tobyhanna Army Depot is a secure military installation.  All visitors must comply with security protocals to ensure the safety and efficiency of operations. 

Effective May 7, 2025, ALL visitors are required to have a REAL-ID compliant license/identification card.  Drivers must also have a valid vehicle registration, insurance and inspection.  All vehicles are subject to search at any time.

Non-federal visitors must submit to a background check prior to entry.  ELTY Form 648C, Request for Access to Tobyhanna Army Depot, may be obtained through the visitors Tobyhanna point of contact and submitted no later than 3 business days prior to the visit.  Failure to submit ELTY Form 648C will result in delayed entry at the gate until background check can be completed.

Closed toe/heel shoes are required in all mission work areas.  Safety shoes, safety glasses or other protective equipment may be required in other work areas.
