Note: The following feedback was recently received through Tobyhanna’s Customer Satisfaction Surveys. The depot’s Customer Focus Team routinely monitors surveys and conducts follow-ups with customers and managers to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.

“I was very impressed with the TRC-170 team; Mr. Joseph Bilotta, Production Management Directorate and Mr. David Mosher, C4ISR Directorate. The fact that they reached out to me to notify me of a potential warranty issue, were willing to send a technician to my location, and make all the coordination and repairs in a timely manner was impressive. Both gentlemen are very knowledgeable, professional and completed the repairs very quickly with no interruption to unit operations.”
