SHARP is the Army’s integrated, proactive effort to end sexual harassment and sexual assault within our ranks. If you have been the victim of sexual harassment or sexual assault, you have a voice, you have rights, and we’re here to help. The Sexual Assault Response Coordinators (SARC) and Victim Advocates (VAs) available 24/7 to help with reporting, training, and awareness efforts.
Reporting Options: Unrestricted
Command is notified and an official investigation is initiated. Victims will have access to Command during this investigation. Victims will be provided medical, legal and advocacy support. In cases where it is needed, victims will also be provided protective orders.
Reporting Options: Restricted
Privacy is maintained and no notification to Command is initiated. Victim will be provided access to medical, legal and advocacy support.
**Regardless of reporting type all victims have access to advocacy, medical and legal assistance**
Employee Assistance Program
EAP offers confidential short-term solution–focused counseling to identify and resolve life challenges that may affect your job performance and personal well-being. An on-site licensed professional will talk to you and work with you for immediate triage and then establish a plan for further assistance. Appropriate community referral will be provided as needed. EAP also provides training and consultation for supervisors.

Army Substance Abuse Program
ASAP is a Department of Army program established to reduce substance use and abuse through prevention, education, testing and rehabilitation.
- Coordinating Treatment Services
- Individual, group, and family counseling
- Coordination with self-help groups (i.e., Alcohol Anonymous, Alanon and Alateen)
- Providing services that emphasizes alcohol and other substance deterrence
- Providing prevention education to Supervisors and Employees
- Drug Free Workplace Army Drug Testing Program

YES — Confidentiality is a vital part of Employee Services Center. Your use of service is protected and shared with only those providing services.
Who is eligible for services?
Civilian Employees, Civilian Family Members (18+), Active Duty or Veterans and their families. Limited services available for tenant and contract employees.
How much does it cost?
Free to all eligible employees and their family members.
Are these services shared with my supervisor?
Services are confidential within the limits of the law. Attendance should be shared with your supervisor to account for your time spent at ESC.
Is there are JON?
Yes! All participants should utilize ESC time codes. Available by request.;
