Team Tobyhanna is continuously looking for ways to improve its processes with an overall goal of providing Army readiness. Joseph M. Samsell, mechanical engineering technician, found a way to take advantage of a machine Tobyhanna Army Depot owns to improve the Sheet Metal Fabrication shop processes. Samsell works with Chris Shaffer, machinist, to create Stylus mounts for Blue Force Tracking systems on the horizontal milling machine. Samsell works in the Production Engineering Directorate's Fabrication Engineering Branch.
