Directorate Mission

The Directorate of Resource Management assists the Commander in the management of financial resources and administrative control of funds. By preparing, executing, reviewing, and analyzing the Army Working Capital Fund (AWCF) budget, we keep, management apprised of budget impacts, financial conditions, and trends. We direct and execute the manpower and organization management programs and control and monitor personnel authorizations and requirements. Our depot scorecard program allows us to monitor the performance and overall health of the depot against our strategic goals and identify areas for further analysis and improvement. The directorate also oversees the travel program, which prepares travel documentation and payment for civilian and military personnel to include temporary assignments and deployments.
