Interactive Customer Evaluation (ICE) is a DoD web-based tool that allows customers to rate services and provide timely feedback. At TYAD, internal use is encouraged to rate services received across organizations, allowing managers to monitor internal satisfaction levels to facilitate improvement.

Warranty Certificate, is included in each TYAD shipment, including a 24-hour "Hot Line" phone number and instructions for returning the postage paid form. If you have an item that does not meet your expectations, contact us using the following:
