The Retirement Services Office (RSO), exists and operates under the authority of AR 600-8-7. At Tobyhanna Army Depot, the RSO is staffed by volunteers and RSO Officer. Hours of operation are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 0930 to 1430 hours. The Purpose is to provide information and assistance to retirees and their family members. Also, in association with the RSO, Tobyhanna Army Depot has a Retiree Council, staffed by volunteer retirees which provides a channel of communication to the Chief of Staff, Army Retiree Council, to consider issues/problems and suggested solutions. |
