Tobyhanna Army Depot (TYAD) is committed to eliminating sexual assault from the ranks of the military. Sexual assault is a crime. It inflicts incalculable harm on victims and their families; it tears at the very fabric of civilian and military communities; and it easily destroys trust among individuals and faith in our institutions. As a means of restoring faith and hope among survivors, TYAD has a comprehensive Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Program (SAPRP). The first line of defense: Restricted Reporting: Unrestricted Reporting: Victim Reporting Preference Statement: Reporting Points of Contact: To make a restricted report of sexual assault, you can report to the SARC only at (570) 615-8371. For more information about the Department of Defense’s SAPRP and Service specific resources visit online at: www.sapr.mil Page Last Updated 16-Dec-2011
