Mission Statement
Army Community Service is a comprehensive social service program designed to assist the Commander by identifying emerging social problems and to assist the military, retiree, civilian and family member`s population at Tobyhanna Army Depot and the surrounding communities. Tobyhanna Army Depot ACS distinguishes itself by providing individual, tailored outreach services and programs to facilitate soldier, family and mission readiness and morale.
