a. Identification Cards – Commanders will ensure that a valid ID card is in the possession of each soldier prior to reporting to TYAD for training.
b. Security Clearances – All personnel requiring a security clearance as a pre-requisite to training at TYAD must provide a proper documentation verifying the clearance.
c. Military Courtesy, Uniform and Appearance - Soldiers will present a professional appearance at all times. Proper civilian attire will be authorized during non-duty hours. Proper courtesy of officers, non-commissioned officers and civilian employees is required at all times. Individuals will adhere to the appearance and uniform standards of AR 670-1.
d. Emergencies, Accidents & Incidents – All accidents and incidents occurring during training at TYAD (on or off post) must be reported through the unit chain of command.

Privately Owned Vehicles (POV): Unit Commanders are responsible for ensuring that Soldiers using POVs have a valid driver's license, valid registration and proof of automobile insurance.
